Mr. Sean Souffie: Senior Vice President Business Development
Mr. Sean Souffie is a sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience leading high-performing teams in the development and commercialization of highly engineered electronic products. He joined Mission Microwave in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he is responsible for driving global sales and marketing strategy, expanding the company’s market presence, and delivering value to customers worldwide.
Prior to joining Mission Microwave, Mr. Souffie served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Brady Corporation and Teledyne Technologies. At Teledyne, he established and led the global sales organization for the Microwave Solution Group, spearheading business development across multiple verticals. Mr. Souffie also held several leadership roles at W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., where he applied advanced digital and RF technologies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, and Data Center industries. His work focused on helping customers overcome complex technical challenges with innovative, application-specific solutions.
Mr. Souffie earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
