Farah Marinero

Ms. Farah Marinero brings over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership to her role as VP of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Mission Microwave. With expertise in scaling start-ups to profitability and corporate integrations, Ms. Marinero excels at establishing critical working relationships across organizations while providing strategic and tactical leadership in developing and executing human resources strategies. A versatile and high-impact HR architect, since joining in 2020, Ms. Marinero has applied her experience in driving HR excellence and transformational leadership to Mission Microwave in employee retention and engagement, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. She holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in English from Cal State Dominguez Hills and completed the CHRO Program at Wharton Executive Education and the COO Program with MIT.
