Mr. Nicholas DeMonte is Chief Financial Officer at Mission Microwave, leading the company’s accounting, finance, information technology, insurance, and legal functions. He brings 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including the last eight years in chief financial officer roles. His background spans 15 years in industrial gas services and a decade in manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Before joining Mission Microwave, Mr. DeMonte held senior leadership positions as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has worked for industry leaders such as Praxair and Nucor, where he led the sale of a metal manufacturing business to Nucor. His career includes experience across metal manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial gases, consistently delivering results through financial discipline and business transformation.
Mr. DeMonte earned both his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Niagara University.
